You've Already Taken the First Step.
Now, let's make it a practice!

Discover the secrets to effortless healthy eating!

Something has shifted, even if only slightly. You've had a taste of what it feels like when the nervous system genuinely softens. When the body is given the right conditions rather than more demands.

That experience is not a coincidence. And it doesn't have to be a one-off.

WHAT IF.....

What would change if you felt like this every week?

Not perfectly. Not overnight. But gradually and consistently — a nervous system that feels a little safer, a body that begins to trust rest again, energy that stops being something you chase and starts being something you actually have.

This is what happens when the right practice becomes a rhythm.

The women I work with are intelligent, committed women who have been trying hard to feel better for a long time — with thyroid conditions, hormonal imbalances (perimenopause, menopause), autoimmune challenges. What they hadn't found yet was a practice that works with their body rather than against it. Sustainable, gentle, and designed for a woman who cannot afford to add more exhaustion to her week.

That is exactly what these classes are designed to be.

Are you tired of:

  • Waking up exhausted no matter how much you sleep

  • Pushing through brain fog just to function

  • Feeling wired at night but drained all day

  • Trying everything and still feeling stuck

  • Giving everything to everyone with nothing left for yourself

  • Managing your condition instead of truly healing

Imagine yourself:

  • Waking up with a sense of calm that carries through the day

  • Thinking clearly, feeling present and focused

  • Falling asleep with ease and waking genuinely restored

  • Having a practice that actually fits your body and life

  • Moving through your week with energy

  • Feeling at home in your body again

What's Included

Let me introduce you to the Weekly Qi Gong Membership

A living, breathing practice community for women who are ready to stop managing their exhaustion and start building something more sustainable beneath it.

Every week, three live classes. Each one designed with the specific needs of a depleted nervous system and a body working to rebalance:

Morning Energy Reset

A Qi Gong practice that helps you begin the day from regulation rather than urgency. Gentle, grounding, and genuinely energising — without overstimulating a system that is already running lean. The perfect antidote to the cortisol spike that most mornings have become.

Evening Restore and Unwind

An Evening practice that guides the nervous system through the transition from Yang — active, outward, producing — to Yin — receptive, inward, restoring. This is the practice that changes the quality of your sleep. And as we explored in the course, the quality of your sleep changes almost everything else.

Inner Energy Flow

A practice that works with the body's energetic field in a way that goes beyond movement into something more fundamental. Women who practice this regularly describe a quality of inner stillness and energetic coherence that is unlike anything they have experienced before. This is the practice that tends to shift something deep.

Your Private Member Library

As a member you also have access to a growing private library of on-demand resources — available to you any time, at your own pace and is included in all membership plans at no additional cost.

Inside you will find:

Short Qi Gong Practices

Ten to twenty minute sessions you can reach for on the days when you need something but don't have much time. A morning reset before a difficult meeting. A midday regulation practice between calls. An evening wind-down when the day has been harder than expected.

Self-Massage and Acupressure Protocols

An Evening practice that guides the nervous system through the transition from Yang — active, outward, producing — to Yin — receptive, inward, restoring. This is the practice that changes the quality of your sleep. And as we explored in the course, the quality of your sleep changes almost everything else.

Guided Breathwork and Meditation Sessions

Targeted breathing practices and accessible meditations drawn from both TCM and nervous system science, designed to shift your internal state quickly and effectively. Tools you can reach for in moments of overwhelm, before sleep, or whenever the body needs to return to calm. Practices that meet you where you are, without requiring perfect quiet or perfect conditions.

And more

The library grows continuously as I add new practices, seasonal resources, and tools that support the deeper work we do together in the live classes.

Additional Events

Masterclasses

Four times a year, one at each change of season. Each masterclass explores the energetic quality of the season through the lens of TCM and Qi Gong — because the body is not separate from nature, and learning to live in alignment with seasonal rhythms is one of the quietest and most powerful things you can do for your hormonal balance and long-term vitality.

For members: €30 per masterclass For non-members: €67 per masterclass

Monthly Meditation and Breathwork Sessions

A dedicated space for stillness, once a month. For women who want to take the inner work beyond movement and into the deeper layers of regulation and presence.

A note on the meditation sessions: all proceeds go directly to charity. This has always been part of how I work, and it always will be.

For members: €5 per session For non-members: €10 per session

About Paola

I am an Integrative Health Coach who combines coaching with Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and breathwork to support women’s health.

For over 40 years, I have explored energy-based practices such as meditation, breathwork, Reiki, EFT, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. These practices are not just something I teach, they are part of my daily life.

I am certified as an Integrative Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and as a Qi Gong teacher through UIKT (Italian Union of Traditional Kung Fu).

I live with Hashimoto's disease, and through Qi Gong, lifestyle changes, and stress-reduction practices, I have experienced deep improvements in my energy, clarity, and overall well-being, also reflected in my lab results. This personal journey allows me to truly understand what my clients are going through.

Today, I support women in perimenopause and menopause, and women with thyroid and autoimmune conditions through gentle, sustainable practices that help them feel calmer, rested, stronger, re-energized and more at home in their bodies.

FAQ

  • Do I need any experience with Qi Gong? No. The classes are designed to be accessible regardless of where you are starting from. What matters is not your level but your willingness to show up with some consistency. Beginners are very welcome.

  • What if I can't make the live session? Live classes are recorded and made available for one week.

  • I'm in menopause/I have a thyroid condition / Hashimoto's / an autoimmune disorder. Are these classes safe for me? Yes,these classes are designed specifically with your reality in mind. The practices are gentle, restorative, balancing and calibrated for a nervous system and body that is already working hard. If you have any specific concerns, you are always welcome to reach out to me directly before joining at info@thebridgecenter.net

  • How quickly will I notice a difference? This varies from woman to woman and depends on how consistently you practice. Some women notice a shift in sleep quality and nervous system regulation within the first two to three weeks. Deeper changes — in energy levels, hormonal symptoms, and overall resilience — tend to emerge over one to three months of consistent practice. This is not a sprint. It is a marathon that becomes a lifestyle.

  • Can I change my membership tier? Yes. You can move between the one-class and two-class tiers at any time. There is no lock-in beyond the monthly billing cycle.

  • What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel at any time. There are no long-term commitments at the monthly level. I would rather you join when it feels right and leave when it no longer serves you than stay out of obligation.

  • What is included in the private member library? Short Qi Gong practices, self-massage and acupressure protocols drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine, seasonal resources, and anything I add going forward. The library grows continuously and everything added is included in your membership at no extra cost.

  • Where do the meditation proceeds go? To charity. This is a commitment I made when I began offering meditation sessions and it is not something I plan to change. I will always be transparent about which organisations I am supporting and any suggestion from my students is welcome.
