About Paola

I am an Integrative Health Coach who combines coaching with Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and breathwork to support women’s health.

For years I worked as a conference interpreter for international organisations, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies. High-stakes, relentlessly demanding work that I was good at and that cost me more than I realised.

My body led me to Qi Gong and TCM when everything else had stopped working.

I teach what I know from the inside, not just what I learned for my certifications.

The women I work with are professionals, entrepreneurs, and women navigating real hormonal and health challenges who are done being told to simply stress less and who are ready for an approach that actually meets them where they are.
